游子山气象雷达塔荣获2020年亚洲建筑协会特殊类建筑荣誉奖第一名（金奖空缺）

设计概念：树上观景盒

气象塔位于游子山国家森林公园内，建筑师希望它不仅是一个功能性的基础设施，而是一个人与自然沟通的媒介，设计以尽量轻和透的形式触碰场地，缩小占地面积，减少对环境的干扰，以更加和谐的方式与场地产生互动。设计概念源自周边的树木，希望混凝土塔体如同树干，楼梯平台盒子则挂在树上，钢结构楼梯螺旋上升，形成不同高度和方向的观景器，游客可以在步移景异之间登高望远，区别于传统塔更重视顶层的观景设计，通过空间节奏的变化将30米的登高过程转换成愉悦的观光之旅。

获奖评语

通常情况下，气象雷达塔都是巨大的功能性构筑物，而不考虑其周遭环境或审美意趣。这个作品虽则小而简单，但有意义的恰恰是令其脱颖而出的地方，作品充分论证了功能驱动的建筑或构筑物也有服务于周围环境和公众的可能性。该建筑巧妙地将气象雷达塔的基本功能与游客的观光行为结合起来，使该项目从常规的基础设施变成一个更加积极的作品，同时也避免了对环境的破坏。

Youzishan Meteorological Radar Tower won the first place in the 2020 ARCASIA awards for Architecture Special Architectural Honor Award (Gold Award vacant)
Design concept: Tree Viewing Box
The meteorological tower is located in Youzishan National Forest Park, and the architect hopes that it will not only be a functional infrastructure, but also a medium of communication between people and nature, and the design will touch the site in a lighter and more transparent form, reduce the footprint, reduce the disturbance to the environment, and interact with the site in a more harmonious way. The design concept comes from the surrounding trees, hoping that the concrete tower body is like a tree trunk, the stair platform box is hung on the tree, and the steel structure staircase spirals up to form a viewfinder of different heights and directions, so that visitors can climb high and look far away between the different scenes, which is different from the traditional tower and attaches more importance to the viewing design of the top floor, and transforms the 30-meter climbing process into a pleasant sightseeing trip through the change of space rhythm.

Often, weather radar towers are large, functional structures that take into account their surroundings or aesthetic interest. Small and simple, the work is meaningful and stands out from the crowd, demonstrating the potential of a function-driven building or structure to serve its surroundings and the public. The building cleverly combines the basic functions of a weather radar tower with the sightseeing behavior of visitors, transforming the project from a conventional infrastructure into a more active work while also avoiding damage to the environment.
