第六届上海国际青年建筑师设计作品展评选揭晓

今年共有来自全国40多个设计机构的120多位建筑师报名参展，提交的作品有300多项。竞争较为激烈，评审委员会由行业协会专家、国内外资深建筑师，专业媒体组成，最终产生建成类一等奖4个，ARCO安构建筑设计的润扬大桥管理综合楼名列其中。

评委评语：

构思严谨；清晰利落的空间和结构形式，秩序明确的立面控制，能够协调内外空间；明亮简洁，只是球场的光照因大玻璃而不好；这是一幢以住宅与办公为主的中小型建筑，作者通过周边围合的方式在超大尺度的环境中获得了一个宜人的庭院空间，主体建筑造型简洁，给人以“纯与净”的感觉；造型简洁朴素，采用外廊式布置，阳台形式与空调机位合而为一，有别于时下大多数管理综合楼。

This year, more than 120 architects from over 40 design agencies across the country have registered for the exhibition, submitting over 300 works. The competition is fierce, and the evaluation committee is composed of industry association experts, senior architects at home and abroad, and professional media. Eventually, four first prizes were awarded in the construction category, among which the Runyang Bridge Management Complex Building was listed.

Judges' comments:

Rigorous conception; Clear and concise spatial and structural forms, orderly facade control, able to coordinate internal and external spaces; Bright and simple, but the lighting on the court is not good due to the large glass; This is a small and medium-sized building mainly used for residential and office purposes. The author has created a pleasant courtyard space in a super large scale environment by surrounding it. The main building has a simple shape, giving people a feeling of "purity and cleanliness"; The design is simple and plain, with an exterior corridor layout and a balcony that combines with the air conditioning unit, which is different from most management complexes nowadays.
