“WA中国建筑奖”由世界建筑杂志社在2002年设立，每两年评审一次。这一中国建筑界新的建筑奖项，旨在鼓励，推介结合国情并有创新价值的建成作品，以活跃中国建筑界的学术气氛，促进中国建筑创作的繁荣，提升中国建筑的品质，展现中国建筑师智慧、技巧和成就。促进全社会对中国建筑行业的了解与尊重，并把中国建筑师和中国建筑推向世界。

The research and development building of Yaoshi Pharmaceutical has won an honorary award in the 2008 WA< World Architecture>  China Architecture Award for its concise and clear design concept and rigorous yet interesting spatial experience.

The WA China Architecture Award was established by the World Architecture Magazine in 2002 and is evaluated every two years. This new architectural award in the Chinese architecture industry aims to encourage and promote innovative works that are tailored to the national conditions, to liven up the academic atmosphere in the Chinese architecture industry, promote the prosperity of Chinese architectural creation, enhance the quality of Chinese architecture, and showcase the wisdom, skills, and achievements of Chinese architects. Promote the understanding and respect of the Chinese construction industry by the whole society, and promote Chinese architects and architecture to the world.
